Jetcorp Technical Services Inc. to Relocate to New Facility

St Louis, Missouri, April 19, 2010
Jetcorp Technical Services Inc., A Flying Colours Company, offering a range of aircraft services that include heavy maintenance, component repair and overhaul, sheet metal, welding, structural repair, interior completions and refurbishment, pre-purchase evaluations, and around the clock AOG support; is pleased to announce that it will be relocating to a new state of the art facility to better serve its customer base. The progressive new facility will be located on the same field that it currently resides, Spirit of St Louis Airport (KSUS). It will include 57,000 SQ.FT. of hangar and shop space, including an innovative component and sheetmetal work area, new avionics space with advanced equipment, and new maintenance and sales offices. Jetcorp will continue to utilize its nearly 20,000 SQ.FT. upholstery and cabinet shop located across the street from its new facility. Jetcorp Technical Services Sees Surge in Maintenance Business

St Louis, Missouri, April 19, 2010
Jetcorp Technical Services Inc., is seeing a steady stream of past, current, and new maintenance
customers come through its facility recently. With a strong customer base built by around clock
customer service, a dedication to quality and safety, and a wealth of skilled technicians Jetcorp has been
near the top of the maintenance, repair, and overhaul industry for over 25 years.
In the March & April alone Jetcorp has completed three (3) heavy inspections on Challenger 601 and
604 aircraft. Other maintenance inspections completed in the last two months or currently ongoing
included: 12 year inspections on multiple Lear 60’s; a Phase A thru D inspection on an additional Lear
60 as well as installing an Aircell Access II satphone system and interior refurbishment; a Lear 31 Phase
A thru D inspection with a 406 Mhz ELT installation and interior refurbishment; a Falcon 20 A, A+, 2A,
2A+ inspection package; A full C check on a Falcon 50 aircraft due to be complete by the end of April.

Flying Colours Delivers First Green Challenger 850

Peterborough, ON, Canada, December 7, 2009
Flying Colours Corp., a global leader in aircraft
completions and maintenance recently delivered their first Green Challenger 850, SN: 8092 to an
international client.
The completed aircraft recently departed Flying Colours main facility in Peterborough destined for
Moscow, Russia where it will be operated and managed by Chartright Air Group.
Manufacturing and installation of the executive interior were completed at their Peterborough, Ontario
facility. Flying Colours was assisted on the project from an engineering standpoint by Montreal based
Berletex Aero Design.
Flying Colours currently has three (3) additional Green Challenger 850 completions in progress plus two
further completions scheduled for arrival in 2010. The completions are taking place at both their main
facility in Peterborough and at there US based operation, JetCorp Technical Services.

Flying Colours Secures Three Green Challenger 850 Completions

completions and maintenance has been awarded three green Bombardier Challenger 850 completions
from two different clients. The aircraft were recently re-located from Montreal, Quebec to Flying
Colours main location in Peterborough, Ontario, Canada. The aircraft will undergo installation of
custom executive interiors and new exterior paint as directed by the client. The completions will be
finished at Flying Colours Canadian Center and their U.S. base in St. Louis, MO, JetCorp Technical
Services Inc. All three aircraft are scheduled for delivery in 2010. “We have been actively expanding
our green aircraft completion capabilities and are looking forward to procuring additional green aircraft

FLYING COLOURS ACQUIRES JETCORP TECHNICAL SERVICES

St Louis, MO., March 20th, 2009 – Flying Colours Corp., a global leader in aircraft completions and maintenance has acquired all the assets of JetCorp from JetDirect Aviation and has no remaining ties to JetDirect. The St. Louis based JetCorp, the former MRO subsidiary of JetDirect Aviation, is now operating as a new Flying Colours company, JetCorp Technical Services Inc.
“With a seasoned management team, an experienced workforce, and a solid customer base JetCorp Technical Services Inc. will assist us as we continue to grow our company and provide our clients with a high level of support from another location,” stated John Gillespie, President Flying Colours Corp and CEO of the newly formed JetCorp Technical Services Inc.

JetCorp Awarded Interior STC

St Louis, MO., March 6th, 2009 – JetCorp Technical Services recently received FAA certification on its first two Bombardier CRJ-100 conversions under their Renaissance Series program. As part of the overall program, both aircraft were converted from their original 50-passenger airline configuration to a completely new 15-passenger executive configuration. All work associated with the conversion projects, including engineering, avionics and maintenance; were completed at JetCorp’s main facility at Spirit of St. Louis Airport in Chesterfield, MO. All interior components, including custom cabinetry, were fabricated and finished by the highly skilled team of JetCorp craftsmen and technicians.
With the successful completion of the first two aircraft, the Renaissance Series program has positioned JetCorp for consistent future growth and stability in the interior refurbishment, modification and conversion markets. According to Danny Farnham, President of JetCorp, response to the project has been overwhelming and he expects additional announcements regarding the Renaissance Series program and its further development to be forthcoming.
